We charge a flat rate, not by the hour. Your price is based on your home's size, its current condition and the service you choose. Fill in the quote form for your exact price. If your home turns out to be very different from what was described, we'll go over any adjustment with you.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. Our cleaners arrive with vacuums, mops, dusters and professional products. We just ask that you have a toilet brush and a 2-step ladder on hand. If you prefer we use your own products, that's no problem.
Do I need to be home?
No, and our team often works faster when the house is empty. If you can, a quick final walkthrough at the end is a great way to point out anything you'd like touched up.
Can I get the same cleaner every time?
Yes. Just ask, and we'll send the same trusted cleaner whenever possible so your home is looked after by a familiar face who knows it.
What if I'm not happy with the clean?
